The room I booked was never been cleaned -no space to place rubbish and available with very comfortable bed and own sink, as for instance. It was comfy as advertised! All of the staff was VERY, VERY NICE and courteous. Perfect location of the hotel next to the metro station.

Great location next to a big park, perfect for dog owners. the nice little balcony and comfortable bed were a plus. Staff allowed early check-in and provided helpful tourist information. Highly recommended for friends going out at nights.

Clean, comfortable rooms with daily bed sheet changes. Helpful staff with good English. Convenient location, 3 minutes from Carabanchel metro station. Reliable wifi connection even in the rooms. Reasonable priced breakfast at 3 euros. Quiet surroundings.
Felt very well looked after, no complaints whatsoever.
